The tasteful tale begins with delightful appetizers like Vegetable Chop, Keema Egg Devil, Kolkata Chicken Roll, Kolkata Aloo Roll, Puchka (a hollow crisp edible ball filled with tamarind flavoured water and mashed boiled potato). The main course will leave you spoilt for choice with a range of sumptuous delicacies like Aloo Posto (potatoes cooked in a delectable paste of spiced poppy seeds), Chanar Dalna (Paneer curry), Fulkopi Dalna, Chanar Paturi (Paneer steamed in banana leaf), Fish Paturi (steamed in banana leaf) Cholar Dal, Mutton Kosha, and many more.
