Red Pepper Garlic Swai Fillets | Chef Manoj Chopra

Red Pepper Garlic Swai Fillets – This is one of my easiest Swai fish fillet recipes. I never get tired of it and it comes out beautiful and delicious every time. This dish can be cooked in under 30 minutes from start to finish and the recipe is also so easy to make that you can totally add it to your weeknight dinner menu.

Ingredients:

Red Pepper Garlic Swai Fillets
Swai fillets – 2 – 1 pound

Marinade
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Red Chilli powder – 1 tablespoon
Paprika – 1 tablespoon
Garlic Crushed – 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice – 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste

Method:
In a blender blend the ingredients for the marinade.
Pour over the fish & let it soak for 1/2 hour
In a non-stick frying pan heat 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Place the soaked fillets in the pan & cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side
Garnish with sliced lemon & Cilantro sprigs

Note :

You can use any fish fillets available locally.
The ratio between the paprika & red chili powder can be varied for spicier or less.
