Our Special Guest Foodie Mandar Natekar (Ex CBO at Kidzania India and Ex Sr VP at Viacom 18) and now an entrepreneur, took to cooking during the 2 months long Mumbai lockdown. Always a foodie at heart, he had never really been able to try his hand at cooking. And he discovered, much to his pleasant surprise that he is a natural at it. What had become a compulsion for most people in the absence of maids, has actually become a serious pursuit of culinary experiments for Mandar, much to the happiness of his wife, we are sure.

Ingredients of Bhopali Chicken Rezala
Chicken – 1 kg
Onion paste – 2 onions (medium size)
Chopped onions – 2 onions (medium size)
Whisked curd – 3/4 cup
Cashews – half a cup
Ghee – 3-4 tbsp
Fresh coriander – half a bunch (roughly 30 stems)
Dhaniya (coriander) powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Green chilies – 2 (sliced vertically)
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
