Negroni Week 2021 is here. The annual booze fest, which is put on by Imbibe Magazine and Campari, encourages restaurants and bars around the world to pour Negronis for a good cause from September 13–19.
Now in its ninth year, Negroni Week has raised a whopping $3 million for charities that support the environment, immigrant rights, mental health, racial equality, education, animals and so much more.
Negroni Week is also a great time to try unique twists on the classic cocktail.

Ingredients
25ml gin (Use London Dry Gin like Gordon’s. We have used Greater Than Gin, a London dry gin made in India)
25ml sweet vermouth
25ml Campari
Ice cubes
A slice of sweet lime for the garnish instead of the usual Orange peel (The Twist)
Method
Pour the gin, vermouth, and Campari into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
Strain into a tumbler and add some large ice cubes, and garnish with a peel of sweet lime. Of course, you may use the traditional blood orange when in season.
